We’re writing to inform you about some important updates to our Terms of Service. These changes are designed to improve user experience and ensure fair business transactions between KSE and all KSE clients. These changes will be effective starting 4/21/2025.

Key Updates:

  • Delinquency of payments: All clients who have contracted KSE for various services must submit payment for services rendered no later than 30 days after due date of tendered invoice.  Failure to provide payment for services rendered will result in suspension, cancellation, and/or revocation of access to client accounts and data stored on KSE servers.  Client data will be automatically deleted from KSE servers 60 days after past due invoice due to non-payment.  Failure to provide payment for services rendered after 60 days of overdue payment may result in legal action being taken up to and including garnishment.

Why These Changes?

We’ve made these updates to ensure our services are fair and consistent, and to ensure that KSE can provide top-level service for all of its clients and customers.

What Happens Now?
